What do you see? Optical illusion pictures

The first time I remember seeing an optical illusion picture was when my mother brought home the picture shown below from her work. Someone had been passing it around for everyone to see.

“The definition of an optical illusion is an image that the brain sees in a way that is different from how the image actually appears.” – Your Dictionary

I saw the young woman in the picture but my mother could only see the old lady. Apparently, that means I am a positive person and my mother was a negative person, which makes sense.

These images are cool examples of “things not looking as they really are.”

But overall I think these optical illusion pictures are a lot of fun so I started a little collection over the years. Here are some of them for you to see.
