Be gentle to yourself

When times get tough, like they are these days, too many of us jump into caretaker roles trying to fix everything and everyone. your featherly touch image quote

The quote that cost $829.00

In 2015 I had an online store where I sold digital and print copies of original image quotes. Unfortunately, at the time, I was inexperienced with many ways of the web. One day I shared the following quote on Facebook.   Unfortunately, at the time, I forgot to add my watermark before I posted it …

Staying focused on human-to-human interactions, featuring Bryan Kramer

The world feels chaotic right now and many of us are struggling, especially in our efforts to stay focused on our human-to-human interactions. A friend of mine, Bryan Kramer, offered some brilliant advice on this subject. Bryan is one of the most social and approachable CEOs I know. He is also a Keynote and TED …

A shout out to women over forty!

It’s not a secret that I’m over forty, (and possibly, maybe, over fifty). So, when I saw this cute and funny post from Women Over Forty, I felt an immediate love for Andy Rooney. Therefore, I accepted Women Over Forty’s invitation to reblog it. Women Over 40……. In case you missed it on 60 Minutes, …

worst or best day image

The worst (best) day?

Chanie Gorkin wrote a humourous yet illuminating poem about “the absolute worst day ever.” Perhaps you’re already familiar with it. I’ve had this copy in my files for a while, ready to share, and now seemed as good as any. I think it’s a fun reminder about how we perceive our lives. I hope you …
